Key ResponsibilitiesLead and continuously improve all marketing strategies and activities, including inbound/content marketing, SEO, CRM and retention, outreach, paid advertising, social media, PR, branding and more
Closely collaborate with company management to align marketing efforts with strategic business goals
Manage and support a remote marketing team of specialists (outreach, social media, content, etc.) and external partners
Own and optimise the user journey across the entire funnel—from acquisition to retention
Define, track, and report KPIs for all marketing activities, holding yourself and the team accountable for lead generation, conversion, and retention metrics
Improve and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels, adapting tone and style guides as needed for local target audiences in Eastern European countries.
Identify customer needs and behaviours to create targeted, data-driven content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
At least 5 years of hands-on B2C marketing experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment (ideally in an international tech or fintech company)
Minimum 4 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team, with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including direct, inbound, CRM, and retention marketing
Strong ability to identify opportunities and implement non-traditional growth strategies ("growth hacking")
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; native or fluent-level English preferred
Strong experience with SEO, paid advertising, funnel optimisation, A/B testing, and the use of performance tracking tools and marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with applying AI-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency—such as using AI for content generation, audience targeting, campaign testing, and workflow automation
An analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
A genuine interest in the crypto industry and the evolving digital financial landscape
