Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily running of our front-of-house operations. This role is central to ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable experience in our dining room.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.

• Oversee mise-en-place and service preparations.

• Ensure service standards are met and continuously improved.

• Manage reservations and guest relations with care and professionalism.

• Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house team.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and sommelier teams to ensure smooth operations.

What we expect

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (fine dining experience preferred).

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
