operating as a local market access and commercialisation partner for a
diverse portfolio of global pharmaceutical and healthcare principals
, we are currently seeking a
Market Access Associate
.

The organisation represents multiple international partners across different therapeutic areas and focuses on
practical, execution-driven market access activities
within the Slovenian healthcare system.

The Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day market access activities, working independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support successful pricing and reimbursement outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Executing
    pricing, reimbursement and market access activities
  • Preparing and coordinating
    reimbursement submissions and supporting documentation
  • Monitoring and interpreting
    local healthcare legislation, HTA processes and payer requirements
  • Coordinating with
    external institutions and stakeholders
  • Preparing analyses, internal recommendations and materials
  • Collaborating with
    commercial, medical and regulatory functions

The Profile

We are looking for a
hands-on, market access professional
with practical experience and realistic seniority expectations.

You bring:

  • University degree in
    pharmacy, medicine, health economics, life sciences, economics
    or similar
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
    in market access, pricing, reimbursement or related areas
  • Solid understanding of the
    Slovenian healthcare and reimbursement environment
  • Ability to work
    independently and pragmatically
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in
    Slovenian and English
  • Reliable, structured and solution-oriented mindset
