We are looking for a proactive, curious, and people-oriented
Community & Content Associate

to help us grow and engage our founder, investor, and partner community.

This role is ideal for students of business, marketing, communications, or related fields, as well as for those seeking hands-on exposure to the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

You'll work closely with the team across content, community, events, and partnerships, with real ownership and room to shape new initiatives.

What you'll do

Community & Social

  • Craft and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, highlighting founders, deals, and ecosystem insights
  • Build and manage our community newsletter, keeping our network informed and connected
  • Actively engage with founders, investors, and partners across social channels
  • Manage our Slack community, sparking conversations and facilitating connections
  • Track metrics and derive insights to optimize our content strategy

Content & Initiatives

  • Pitch and develop community-driven campaigns and content series
  • Support PR activities: draft announcements, coordinate press coverage, and manage media relationships
  • Follow and research relevant industry stories & media outlets, write internal and external trend reports and updates

Events & Partnerships

  • Help plan and execute founder meetups, investor gatherings, and ecosystem events
  • Reach out to potential partners, speakers, and collaborators
  • Turn concepts into reality - own projects from ideation to delivery

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (plus, not required)
  • Passionate about technology, startups, and venture capital (prior experience is a plus, not required)
  • Natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and audience
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and professional community dynamics
  • Creative self-starter who brings ideas to the table and follows through
  • Not afraid to ask questions, seek feedback, or reach out to ecosystem partners
  • PR or communications experience is a bonus
