What You'll Do:

As a Software Engineer at Loop AI, you will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy domain-specific AI agents tailored for real customer use cases.
  • Build product features that integrate seamlessly with our conversational platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Own projects end-to-end — from concept to production — and see your work impact real customers immediately.
  • Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve AI agent capabilities to create the best human-in-the-loop experiences.

What We're Looking For:

You are not defined by your years of experience but by your curiosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a startup:

  • Strong skills in Python and JavaScript; experience with full-stack development a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, REST APIs, and databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and tackle new challenges confidently.
  • Passion for building AI solutions that solve real-world problems.
