Software Engineer (Python + React) – Ownership Role

Lokacija: Ljubljana, Slovenia (hibridno)

Zaposlitev: Part-time (20–30 ur/teden)

Iščeš projekt, kjer boš resnično prevzel ownership, delal samostojno in soustvarjal rešitve, ki imajo konkreten vpliv?

Pri nas ne boš samo izvajal nalog, temveč boš del ekipe, ki sodeluje neposredno z vodstvom podjetja. Tvoje ideje in implementacije bodo vplivale na ključne projekte. Delamo na pametnih rešitvah, kjer AI poenostavi delo in poveča učinkovitost.

Tvoje naloge:

  • Razvijanje backend sistemov v Python (FastAPI)
  • Implementacija frontend komponent v React ali Vue po UX/UI smernicah
  • Samostojno razbijanje kompleksnih nalog v izvedljive taske in določanje prioritet
  • Sodelovanje z interno ekipo ter redni sestanki za usklajevanje idej in izboljšav
  • Delo sprva 20–30 ur tedensko, z možnostjo kasnejše nadgradnje na polni delovni čas

Pričakovanja
:

  • Dobro znanje Python (FastAPI) in izkušnje z backend razvojem
  • Izkušnje z React ali Vue
  • Samostojnost, zanesljivost in odgovoren pristop k delu
  • Poznavanje Dockerja je prednost, ni pa nujno
  • Veselje do AI/ML projektov je dobrodošlo

  • Plačilo: 20–35 €/h glede na izkušnje + nagrade za uspešno opravljene projekte
