Mission

As an
Account Executive
, your role is to drive growth across CEE customers - focusing on financial industry, primarily insurance but also banking, with full ownership of the entire sales cycle - prospecting to close.

We believe in Gap Selling - that true sales is not about convincing others to spend money - but about understanding the transformation our customers want to go through, and giving them technology to solve the problems that are truly worth solving.

This is a senior, high-impact role for a proven value seller who thrives on delivering transformative value to enterprise clients.

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
  • Apply Gap Selling principles to lead in-depth discovery with business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
  • Lead Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to tailor engagements to the customer needs
  • Shape compelling business cases and value stories that connect technology to measurable business results.
  • Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
  • Have a track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business issues, not just product.
  • Can demonstrate deals where you uncovered unrecognized business problems and delivered measurable ROI.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close.
  • A good understanding of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales.
  • Are confident discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts in detail with client leadership.
