European Sales & Business Development Manager - COLD. MVHR Systems

(Location: Remote/Flexible, with extensive travel within Europe)

The Opportunity

Join Remty-R and become the driving force behind the European expansion of COLD.—our innovative family of cooling and heating solutions for MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery) systems. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to build our market presence, manage online sales channels, and establish key partnerships across Europe.

What You Will Do

Market Penetration: Identify and target new business opportunities within the HVAC, building, and energy-efficient construction sectors across key European markets.

Sales & Growth: Drive direct sales through a blend of online strategies and in-person meetings/travel, focusing on achieving ambitious sales targets.

Partner Development: Establish, train, and manage a network of distributors, wholesalers, and installers.

Online Presence: Oversee and optimize online marketing and sales channels (e.g., e-commerce, digital promotion) to maximize product visibility and lead generation.

Product Ambassador: Represent COLD. at industry trade shows, conferences, and B2B events throughout Europe.

What You Will Bring

Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the HVAC, M&E, or nZEB/Passive House technology sectors.

Strong understanding of European market dynamics and construction standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other major European languages (e.g., German, French) is a significant advantage.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe (estimated 50%+).
