Opis delovnega mesta

Kot produktni asistent boste pomemben člen oddelka Operacij, ki v okviru poslovne enote Medical razvija in uvaja digitalne rešitve za področje primarne zdravstvene oskrbe ter skrbi za uspešno uporabo in zadovoljstvo naših uporabnikov.

Storitve v okviru poslovne enote Medical se nanašajo na virtualno oskrbo na področju družinske medicine. V okviru enote deluje več kot 15 zdravnikov družinske oziroma splošne medicine, do aplikacij pa ima dostop več deset tisoč uporabnikov.

Vaše delo bo vključevalo zlasti:

  • podporo uporabnikom (pacientom) in reševanje njihovih vprašanj, predvsem prek digitalnega kanala;
  • komunikacijo z internimi zdravniki družinske oz. splošne medicine;
  • sodelovanje pri pripravi uporabniških navodil, priročnikov in druge dokumentacije, namenjene zdravnikom za izvajanje dela v okviru poslovne enote Medifit Medical;
  • implementacija in izvajanje protokolov v okviru poslovne enote Medifit Medical;
  • sodelovanje pri načrtovanju in razvoju programske opreme (podajanje predlogov, testiranje, preverjanje uporabniške izkušnje).
  • sodelovanje z vsemi ključnimi deležniki v projektih (produktni vodje, razvijalci, testerji) pri usklajevanju nalog in poteka dela.
