Online Marketing Specialist

At HIT d.d. Nova Gorica, we are announcing an open position for an
ONLINE CASINO COORDINATOR for Operational Marketing (m/f).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.),
• Managing and optimizing websites (basic CMS platforms, SEO),
• Managing social media and preparing content in collaboration with designers/copywriters,
• Email marketing and automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot),
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.),
• Preparing monthly reports and improvement proposals,
• Cooperating with external agencies and partners.

Key competencies and experience:

• University degree (Level VII or equivalent),
• 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• Good knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written),
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO,
• Experience with automation tools and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage,
• Experience in social media management and content creation,
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• Team spirit, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
