With tools for scheduling, time tracking, payroll, HR management, and communication, they deliver a comprehensive solution for efficient workforce management.
About the RoleAs an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality, speed, and reliability of product delivery. You will design, implement, and maintain automated testing and deployment solutions, while working closely with developers and product teams. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth software releases and consistently improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines to optimize development and release processes.
- Design automated test cases to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively addressing bottlenecks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an international, team-oriented environment.
