Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer at ASCALAB located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests to ensure the quality of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams, identify and track bugs, and contribute to improving testing processes and overall quality assurance practices.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience with manual and/or automated testing
  • Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
  • Understanding of software development processes and basic programming concepts
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Fluent in Slovene and English (Serbian is a plus)
