About The Role
As an R&D Tire Shipment Specialist, you will oversee experimental tire shipments across global routes, from plants and warehouses to external partners. You'll play a critical role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and accuracy in shipment and warehouse processes, while working closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive improvements.

What You'll Do

• Track and manage experimental tire shipments across plants, warehouses, and testing facilities
• Troubleshoot shipment and documentation issues, including customs and RPA errors
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations at key sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring shipment and warehousing issues
• Communicate shipment status and process updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency
• Drive continuous improvements in shipment and warehousing processes

What You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• Knowledge of cross-functional and end-to-end Global Product Design and Development (GPDD) tire shipment and warehousing processes and systems
• Experience with RPA error management and shipment tracking systems
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and solve complex problems
