Specialist – Supply Execution Import

Location: Slovenia, Kranj (hybrid work arrangement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with external suppliers across multiple regions, including North America, Asia and Europe.
  • Operate at the intersection of Supply Execution and Inventory Management to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Perform calculations and manage the execution of purchase orders for imported finished goods in line with customer demand, inventory strategy, and the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Maintain accurate product master data.
  • Create and monitor inbound deliveries.
  • Work actively with the transportation team to ensure timely departure and arrival of containers.
  • Develop long-term demand forecasts considering Requirements versus Capacity and Capability.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Desired university degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.

Experience:

  • Experience in Supply Management and Logistics is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel.
  • Strong business acumen with eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and agile, capable of working under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
  • Highly reliable, proactive with strong ownership and drive.
  • Team player with a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 and APO is an advantage.
