We're Hiring Join Our Central Sales Team in Ljubljana

Are you ready to be part of the transformation in sales? Triglav is looking for a motivated and proactive team member to join our Remote Central Sales Team

What you'll do:

  • Remotely sell and renew insurance policies for individuals and small businesses
  • Engage in remote sales and support, with flexible work options (Ljubljana office + remote)
  • Build and expand your client portfolio
  • Use advanced digital tools and AI capabilites (Excel, MS Word, CRM, MS Teams) to manage and transform sales processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in sales campaigns and trainings
  • Engage in sales tools adoption and optimization
  • Provide excellent customer support and information across multiple channels

What we're looking for:

  • At least a high school diploma (economics or related field)
  • AZN license for insurance representation
  • Strong digital skills and knowledge of sales software
  • Problem-solving, initiative, communication skills, and team spirit
