We're looking for a Change Experience Designer (Senior Change & Transformation Specialist)  to join our Change Enablement & Training Team within Center of Excellence. 

You'll be part of a global, forward-thinking team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We're not just transforming systems, we are designing how people work, connect, and grow.

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Design and execute psychologically informed change strategies for enterprise IT initiatives.Translate complex technical changes into clear, people-focused journeys.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and Digital & IT to ensure alignment and buy-in.Collaborate closely with our Training and Change Management team to deliver aligned, people-centered change.Identify resistance early and address it through coaching, dialogue, and tailored interventions.

You will also:

Embed change activities into transformation journeys, supporting stakeholder readiness and adoption.Measure adoption and behavioral change using meaningful metrics and feedback loops.Support change efforts related to M&A activities, including cultural and organizational integration. Who You Are:

Thrive in a culture that values flat hierarchies, empowerment, and trust-based collaboration (Scandinavian-style).Skilled in design thinking, systems thinking, and digital adoption strategies.Comfortable with ambiguity, bringing a calm, people-centered approach to complex change.Experienced in facilitating communities of practice, peer learning, and knowledge sharing.Background in behavioral science, organizational development, digital transformation, or a related field.Adaptable, curious, and proactive, always seeking new ways to enable people through change.This is not a traditional, process-driven change management role; we are looking for a designer and facilitator of human-centered change who is comfortable with ambiguity and co-creation.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with digital adoption platforms, sentiment analysis, and feedback automation.Practice in Agile, Lean Change, and co-creation methodologies.Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and ecosystems. Employee Benefits
