Operating in 35+ markets worldwide with over 150 employees, GenePlanet collaborates with more than 2,000 medical centres, doctors, and insurance companies to provide top-quality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our solutions empower individuals to take control of their health and support doctors in clinical decision-making.

In this role, you'll connect cutting-edge AI tools, quickly build MVPs and prototypes, and automate workflows to drive growth. This position suits someone with a hacker mindset: you thrive on experimenting, iterating, and scaling successes, rather than doing in-depth research or building models from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Rapidly test and deploy AI solutions, integrating models (e.g. open-source models on Hugging Face, custom RAG pipelines, Stable Diffusion LoRAs) into proof-of-concept products.
  • Adapt and fine-tune AI models via prompt engineering, parameter adjustments, or straightforward training pipelines.
  • Automate processes and connect SaaS tools and AI services using platforms such as LangChain/LlamaIndex, Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n, or simple serverless apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spot growth opportunities and implement AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and quickly test their potential in real-world scenarios.
  • Work with existing systems (web, mobile, back-office) to integrate new AI features in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Contribute to the analytics process, gathering insights from data and iterating on solutions for maximum impact.

​Requirements:

  • Proven experience deploying and connecting AI models or APIs (e.g. open-source models, RAG pipelines, vector databases).
  • Competence in prompt engineering, model testing, and basic model adaptation (parameter tuning, creating training sets).
  • Foundational coding skills (scripting, API calls, debugging basic web applications).
  • Experience automating and integrating various SaaS services (LangChain/LlamaIndex, Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n).
  • Enthusiasm for AI, with a rapid prototyping mindset and a curiosity for discovering new tools and methods.
  • Analytical thinking and a keen ability to recognise growth opportunities, backed by strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of modern web and mobile development fundamentals.
  • ​Fluency in English (written and spoken), alongside strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a bias towards action and iteration.

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing or e-commerce growth hacking.
  • Direct experience training AI models (fine-tuning, building datasets).
  • Exposure to deploying AI models in production environments, especially in a startup or fast-paced setting.
