Project delivery Manager

Iskraemeco is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead impactful projects that support a more sustainable future.

What will your new challenges be?

• Accepting the project for implementation and review of the project documentation prepared during the BID phase.
• Managing, planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, including managing changes to projects and the work of relevant project teams.
• Preparing, managing and monitoring the communication plan of the project.
• Communicating with all project stakeholders.
• Managing partner relationships and bids with the entire partner ecosystem within the pre-sales, sales, and implementation activities of the project.
• Managing resources and plans the project timeline.
• Assesing and managing project risks.
• Managing activities, cost & revenues regarding assigned projects.
• Monitoring sub-project (product development, etc.).
• Periodically reporting to the Head of Project Office and/or Board of Directors.
• Promoting our own solutions (cross-selling / up-selling).
• Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlights the company's added value.

You will be a natural fit for our teams if you have:

• Completed university degree in natural sciences (at least level VI/2.).
• At least 5 years of experience in
  project management of larger projects
  .
• PMP, Prince2 or other comparable certificate.
• Experience with Bid management is an advantage.
• The ability to be goal oriented, proactive and
  focused on project delivery.
• The ability to make key decisions and set priorities.
• Active knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowing a second language is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work in an international environment and cross-departmentally.
