About the team:
Our team drives innovation with ServiceNow, a leading cloud platform that streamlines and automates business processes. We design and customize applications, improve workflows, and translate business needs into practical solutions that boost efficiency. You'll be joining a close-knit Slovenian team that works in English on a daily basis with Dutch colleagues — giving you a supportive local base with international exposure.

What You'll Do:

With structured onboarding (approx. 3–6 months), you will quickly become confident working with ServiceNow through training, shadowing, and guided practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Innovating and implementing improvements using ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM pro, HRSD, Performance analytics, CMDB, Product management, Integrations, Service automation, and AI)
• Using low-code tools to develop programs within ServiceNow
• Writing moderately complex code to customize existing features
• Collaborating with ServiceNow key users, process owners within Open Line, and our customers.

Over time, you'll have the chance to 
specialize in certain ServiceNow modules
 depending on your interests and strengths.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

You don't need to know ServiceNow yet-we'll teach you. But you'll thrive if you bring:

• A degree in business informatics or other related field
• Understanding of business processes and interest in IT service management
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (and eagerness to learn more). It is considered a plus if you have knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High willingness to learn
• High proficiency in written and spoken English

We offer:

Full-time employment for an indefinite period with 6 months trial period. Alternatively, if you are still studying, there is an option for student work.

This is a hybrid position, which means that some days you will be required to work in the Ljubljana office. On other days, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home or another location. At least 1 time per year you will have the opportunity to visit Open Line's headquarters in Maastricht.
