For a company engaged in the design and production of industrial lines, we are looking for an
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION DESIGNER
for machines and equipment (m/f). Our client is a fast-growing company based in Ljubljana that exports its products abroad. The candidate will design electrical installations in AutoCAD and with 3D tools such as SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer. Upon employment, the candidate will receive support from a mentor. Knowledge of the E-plan software is desirable but not required. This is a career opportunity in a financially stable company that offers the highest holiday allowance, a Christmas bonus, and a 13th salary.

Job description:

  • designing electrical installations of machines and equipment in AutoCAD and with the help of 3D tools (SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer),
  • participating in the supervision of equipment manufacturing at contractors,
  • participating in on-site installations abroad, up to 4 months per year; the average business trip lasts 3 weeks,
  • preparing project documentation, required records, and reports,
  • other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • previous experience in designing electrical installations in AutoCAD and using 3D tools (SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer),
  • at least a higher education degree in electrical engineering (VI/I),
  • knowledge of the English language,
  • knowledge of mineral wool production technology is desirable (but not required),
  • familiarity with Windows and MS Office programs.

  • competitive gross base salary depending on seniority + Christmas bonus (equivalent to 1 salary) + 13th salary (usually 1 to 1.5 salaries),
  • maximum tax-free holiday allowance,
  • meal allowance of EUR 7.96,
  • transportation allowance of EUR 0.21/km,
  • permanent employment with a 6-month probation period,
  • flexible working hours (from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. ± 1 hour),
  • a mentor is provided to the new employee during the onboarding period,
  • possibility of business trips abroad, which are not mandatory.
