We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Microsoft Solutions Consultant / Cloud Specialist
with strong experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies, hybrid environments, and enterprise-grade infrastructure modernization.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, identity services, and complex migration projects, and plays a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing Azure infrastructure (networking, storage, backup, security, authentication)

• Implementing and administering Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security services (AIP, DLP, MFA)

• Leading and executing migration projects: Office 365, Exchange hybrid, Azure AD Connect, SharePoint, and server-to-cloud scenarios

• Designing and maintaining Hybrid Identity models (PTA, PHS, ADFS, WAP)

• Implementing and configuring Intune for device and data management

• Providing support to enterprise clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Coordinating with internal and external technical teams, including taking on technical leadership roles

• Working with Microsoft core infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, PKI, System Center, Hyper-V)

• Contributing to security assessments, audits, and ISO27001-related processes

• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring infrastructure reliability and security

• (Optional/Preferred) Experience with Anywhere365, Bot Services, Dynamics 365, and other PaaS/SaaS Microsoft platforms

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft on-premises environments (Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Windows Server)

• Strong proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft Azure services

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business)

• Experience with enterprise cloud and identity projects, hybrid models, and cross-system integrations

• Strong understanding of security principles, data protection, and compliance standards

• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Requirements (Preferred)

• Expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator / Developer / Security Engineer, Identity & Access Administrator, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator, etc.)

• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning

• Participation in ISO27001 or security audit processes

• Familiarity with emerging cloud technologies, PaaS/SaaS services, or non-Microsoft cloud/security tools
