We're Hiring: SAP CO Consultant
We are seeking an experienced
SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant
to support an international project requiring close collaboration with global teams and travel to
Slovenia
. The consultant will be responsible for designing CO-related solutions, supporting group reporting requirements, and ensuring harmonization and standardization between HQ and subsidiaries. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in
both English and Chinese
to effectively coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders and project teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules independently, covering core controlling processes and reporting requirements.
  • Support group reporting, financial harmonization, and standardization between headquarters and subsidiaries.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment of controlling practices across international project locations.
  • Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP CO solutions.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in CO submodules such as cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, etc.).
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Travel to Slovenia as required for project discussions, workshops, and implementation activities.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of SAP CO consulting experience, with 8 to 10 end-to-end or similar project implementations.
  • Strong expertise in designing CO solutions, including cost structures, reporting frameworks, and controlling processes.
  • Knowledge of group reporting, harmonization initiatives, and cross-company standardization.
  • Experience working on international projects with multi-country or multi-entity environments.
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Slovenia as required by project needs.
  • Availability for full commitment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Base location preferably in EMEA/MEE or GCN regions.
