At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team onsite in Thessaloniki, Greece. This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Slovenian and English with exceptional attention to detail. As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online experience by reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or sensitive content
• Resolve content issues promptly and maintain a positive user experience
• Follow established moderation processes with high accuracy
• Provide feedback to improve content guidelines and internal policies

**What We're Looking For:**

We're looking for individuals who are fluent in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken) and eligible to work in Greece. A strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive content in a professional manner are essential. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar field is a plus, but not required. You should be willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays. **Salary Information:**
The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our relocation package includes full support to help you relocate to Thessaloniki. We also provide a modern office located in the heart of the city, easily accessible by public transport.
