Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Moderator to join our team onsite in Thessaloniki. This role involves ensuring a safe and positive online experience by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or sensitive content.
• Resolve content issues promptly and maintain a positive user experience.
• Follow established moderation processes with high accuracy.
• Provide feedback to improve content guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Slovenian and English, has excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content in a professional manner and have problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
