Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Structuring and Execution: You will work closely with our project leaders to analyze financial information, design financial models, and evaluate potential risks related to proposed projects.
  • Portfolio Monitoring and Value Creation: You will assist in monitoring project progress, assessing evolving risk factors, and preparing comprehensive draft monitoring reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work effectively as a team member, communicating with internal units, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA are desirable.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including ability to interpret financial information and design financial models.
  • Credit analysis skills, with understanding of local and international accounting principles.
  • Excellent computer literacy, conversant with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Slovenian.
