Our future is in React, and given that our journey is still beginning, thereâs a big opportunity to contribute to the architectural and strategic direction of the platform, as well as the opportunity to teach and mentor other engineers and level up as a senior engineer.

Youâll be joining the existing senior fullstack engineer, working within our cross- functional engineering team to define and deliver the roadmap. Weâd expect you to work to improve our technical maturity in the React discipline, assist in the ideation and definition of our products and deliver high quality and timely product features, with sample opportunity to take on responsibility over the product and the features that the team delivers.

Being less interested in years of experience and more interested in cultural fit and capability, weâre looking for people with a healthy attitude, ambition and passion for their work. If anything on our list is out of your comfort zone, thatâs ok, but you should anticipate that we will expect you to pick things up and run with them as required.

• React (modern) - we use v18 with Vite and SSR (at least 4 years of experience)
• Redux Toolkit
• Typescript (at least 2 years)
• SSR experience - nice to have but not mandatory
• APIs (REST, Node.js NestJS) - nice to have but not mandatory
• Debug fundamentals - monitoring, logging, profiling
• Git - pull requests and code reviews, trunk development/gitflow
• CI/CD - you should be comfortable working with CI/CD and automated testing
• Agile - itâs important that you can be a solid contributor to our ongoing planning and roadmap execution
• Strong communication skills - building on the above, itâs important that youâre able to articulate well on your ideas, critique and improve processes and projects fairly and positively and work with us to empower the team as a whole
