Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their baby's health, as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.

GenePlanet, a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests, specializing in NIPT, cancer screening, and lifestyle DNA tests, is looking for an ambitious DevOps Engineer to develop inhouse products supporting the ecosystem of a proprietary platform, in Ljubljana.

We are looking for proactive individuals with expertise in system and network administration, integration, security & maintenance, development and improvement of our in-house workflow solutions.

Your key responsibilities as DevOps Engineer will include:

  • Managing, monitoring and maintenance of the platform
  • Supporting developers in setting up environments
  • Configure azure services
  • Establishment and care for system monitoring
  • Concern for system security
  • Handle code deployments in all environments
  • Performance optimization and cost reduction
  • Assistance for IT HELP with certificates
  • Installing SSL certificates
  • Traffic monitoring and detection of possible intrusions
  • Monitoring the status of external services (auth0, sendgrid, cloudflare, firebase)

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft platform (Active Directory), Microsoft Azure services and ARM.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles
  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of data processing tools
  • Experienced with IaC
