Podjetje, specializirano za veleprodajo modularnih sedežnih garnitur in pohištva, išče izkušenega in prodajno naravnanega Vodjo razvoja trga – DACH Regija (m/ž)
 ki bo z navdušenjem predstavljal vrhunske produkte. Njihovi nagrajeni dizajni in zavezanost k trajnostnemu razvoju so prepoznani v širšem evropskem prostoru, delovno okolje pa združuje stabilnost, strokovnost in ustvarjalno energijo.

Glavne odgovornosti:

  • Samostojno iskanje novih B2B priložnosti in vzpostavljanje dolgoročnih partnerstev (saloni, arhitekti, opremljevalci).
  • Aktivno odpiranje in razvoj DACH trga z začetnim poudarkom na Nemčiji.
  • Pridobivanje novih partnerjev (shop-in-shop, distributerji, arhitekti, veleprodaje).
  • Priprava in izvedba tržnega vstopnega plana, raziskava konkurence in priložnosti.
  • Samostojno vodenje prodajnih procesov: od predstavitev do pogajanj in zaključkov poslov.
  • Upravljanje ključnih partnerjev in dolgoročnih poslovnih odnosov.
  • Organizacija in podpora strankam v nemškem jeziku.
  • Udeležba na sejmih, showroomih in industrijskih dogodkih.

Ključne kvalifikacije:

  • Vsaj 3 leta delovnih izkušenj v B2B prodaji in razvoju trga, prednost so izkušnje v pohištveni, notranjeoblikovalski ali sorodni panogi.
  • Odlično znanje 
    nemškega jezika
     (pisno in ustno).
  • Sposobnost pogajanj, priprave ponudb in zaključevanja poslov.
  • Prepričljiva profesionalna prezenca in odlične komunikacijske sposobnosti.
  • Pripravljenost na terensko delo in obiske strank.
  • Prodajna usmerjenost in pogajalske spretnosti.
  • Odlične komunikacijske in predstavitvene sposobnosti.
