Financial Analyst

Your challenges:

• Preparing business performance and financial indicator analyses for management needs,
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual business plan and monitoring its realization,
• Preparing monthly reports on deviations between planned and actual performance,
• Analyzing costs, revenues, investments, and working capital,
• Supporting the Head of Finance and Accounting in strategic and operational decisions,
• Preparing data for external and internal reporting,
• Monitoring market and financial trends and preparing proposals for business optimization.

We are looking for:

• At least a secondary level of education (experience in finance, accounting, or controlling is an advantage),
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and independent working style,
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills,
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
