Bring your legal expertise to an internationally successful construction company and support exciting infrastructure and construction projects. In this key position, you will assume responsibility for complex legal issues, draft contracts and oversee construction processes - always with an eye on strategic solutions and commercial success. Become part of a dynamic team and contribute to the legally compliant and efficient realisation of pioneering construction projects.

• Independent project support - you will be responsible for the legal management of complex construction and procurement projects and ensure professional implementation.
• Advice at the highest level - You are the first point of contact for operational teams and offer practical, well-founded legal advice.
• Strategic contract drafting - you draft, review and negotiate contracts, support tenders and legally enforce appeals.
• Interface with experts - you coordinate external lawyers and ensure compliance with current legal frameworks.
• Knowledge transfer - you pass on your expertise and train teams on relevant legal issues in construction and public procurement law.

Vaše kvalifikacije

• You have successfully completed your legal studies at a renowned Slovenian university.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an (international) company. -Successfully passing the bar exam is a clear advantage.
• Your expertise ideally includes construction and public procurement law as well as civil and contract law.
• You are fluent in written and spoken Slovenian and English and can communicate legal issues precisely and comprehensibly.
• Your working style is structured, reliable and solution-orientated - you can maintain an overview even when dealing with complex legal issues.
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team and are happy to take on responsibility.
• You are generally open to travelling on business.
