Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kranj for an Injection Molding Operator. The role involves operating and monitoring injection molding machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts, and performing routine quality checks. The operator will also engage in maintaining the machines, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues to ensure smooth production processes. Collaboration with the production team to optimize efficiency is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and understanding of Injection Molding processes
• Experience in Quality Control and performing routine inspections
• Knowledge of Injections and hands-on expertise with injection molding tools
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
