Role Description

This is a contract role for a Nepremičninski posrednik (Real Estate Agent) at CENTURY 21 Slovenia. The role is hybrid, with the primary location in any C21 office, but a lot of work from home and on the road is needed.. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, marketing properties, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws
• Licence to work in Slovenia and / or Croatia Licenca za nepremičninskega posrednika.
• Experience in property sales, property marketing, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools
• Fluency in Slovenian and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid real estate license and driver's license
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Adaptability to a hybrid working model
• Relevant educational background in real estate, business, or related fields**
