- Prepare clear and concise reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Lead or support global HR and legal initiatives, contributing to Aleph's strategic growth and transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Legal teams, promoting best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support ad hoc HR and Legal matters to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law; specialization in Labor/Employment Law is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor/employment law, ideally in multinational or high-growth international environments.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with corporate law matters, preferably in an international context.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance legal accuracy and business practicality.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and globally distributed environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- You thrive in international complexity and genuinely enjoy navigating labor laws across multiple countries.
- You are not just legally precise, you're business-minded, understanding the bigger picture behind policies and risks.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, even when explaining complex legal topics to non-legal audiences.
- You take ownership, anticipate risks, and propose practical, forward-thinking solutions.
- You are collaborative, humble, and flexible. Someone who builds strong relationships across HR, Legal, and leadership teams.
- You enjoy creating structure out of ambiguity and bring a hands-on, can-do mindset.
- You have a global mindset and are excited by the idea of working with colleagues in 150+ countries.
- Global footprint: Work with diverse teams in one of the most geographically extensive organizations in the digital advertising industry.
