This position ensures that our people practices, policies, and processes comply with labor and employment regulations worldwide, while enabling business growth in a truly international environment.
As part of a highly collaborative global People & Legal function, you will be the go-to expert on labor law matters, partnering closely with HR, leadership teams, and external counsel. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your legal expertise across diverse markets and contribute to building a consistent, compliant, and people-centric global organization. What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary global point of contact for all labor and employment law matters across Aleph Group.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor, employment, and social regulations in all jurisdictions where Aleph operates.
  • Monitor global legal developments and proactively advise HR and management on upcoming changes and implications.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on legal guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, reorganizations, and terminations.
  • Develop, review, and enhance HR and labor law policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Drive the consistent global application of HR processes and employment practices.
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, addenda, and other HR-related legal documents.
  • Coordinate global visa, immigration, and work permit processes where needed.
  • Partner with local external counsel to ensure strong compliance in each market, including labor and tax implications.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or support global HR and legal initiatives, contributing to Aleph's strategic growth and transformation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Legal teams, promoting best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Support ad hoc HR and Legal matters to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
What you need for this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law; specialization in Labor/Employment Law is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor/employment law, ideally in multinational or high-growth international environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience with corporate law matters, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance legal accuracy and business practicality.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and globally distributed environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
What will make us really love you:
  • You thrive in international complexity and genuinely enjoy navigating labor laws across multiple countries.
  • You are not just legally precise, you're business-minded, understanding the bigger picture behind policies and risks.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, even when explaining complex legal topics to non-legal audiences.
  • You take ownership, anticipate risks, and propose practical, forward-thinking solutions.
  • You are collaborative, humble, and flexible. Someone who builds strong relationships across HR, Legal, and leadership teams.
  • You enjoy creating structure out of ambiguity and bring a hands-on, can-do mindset.
  • You have a global mindset and are excited by the idea of working with colleagues in 150+ countries.
What you'll love about us:
  • Global footprint: Work with diverse teams in one of the most geographically extensive organizations in the digital advertising industry.
  • Accelerated growth: Join a company expanding rapidly, giving you exposure to new markets, new challenges, and new opportunities.
  • Impactful role: Your work directly shapes global people practices and influences how thousands of employees experience Aleph.

  • Continuous learning: You'll deepen your expertise in multiple jurisdictions and be exposed to exciting cross-border legal challenges.
