Legal Director

DIRECTOR OF LEGAL SERVICES (m/f)

Hit, a leading Slovenian gaming and tourism company, is hiring a DIRECTOR OF LEGAL SERVICES (m/f).

Location: Nova Gorica

You will be responsible for:

• planning, organizing, managing, and supervising the work of the legal department,

• representing the company before courts, arbitration tribunals, administrative and other bodies,

• providing legal advice and participating in proceedings related to the company's operations and business,

• drafting contracts, lawsuits, enforcement proposals, and other applications in court and administrative matters, and preparing general company documents,

• drafting and preparing proposals for documents in the field of the company's relations with trade unions and SD,

• ensuring the motivation, development, and awareness of employees and maintaining a good atmosphere and climate.

Key competencies and experience:

• Level VII education (law),

• At least 5 years of management experience in the field of law,

• Active knowledge of Italian and English,

• Developed leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
