General description
- The resource will be responsible for operational and functional coordination of work groups across various end-to-end credit processes, ensuring operational efficiency, achievement of objectives, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities
The position includes:
- Oversee operational activities across the various phases of the processes, organizing the team's work (including remote teams or those across multiple hubs) and proactively managing any non-standard situations, while ensuring KPI monitoring.
- Analyze activity performance to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and expected results.
- Interact with the Director to ensure supervision and efficiency of the operational units/BPO hubs.
- Take responsibility for communication and support with clients/suppliers (including internal ones) throughout the various process phases, including the operational implementation of new activities to be integrated.
- Be accountable for ensuring maximum efficiency of the hubs in terms of human and financial resources.
- Develop the skills of team members (Team Leaders and Operations staff).

Essential knowledge and requirements
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar fields
- Experience in the role (at least 5 years)
- Knowledge of key end-to-end credit processes
- Expertise in all banking/financial regulations
Linguistic knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (C1 level).
