Responsibilities:

  • Performing complex testing procedures.

  • Participating in complaint resolution.

  • Managing testing processes with external partners.

  • Coordinating activities and documentation to ensure quality (control plans, customer requirements, specifications, timelines).

  • Preparing required documentation for customers (PPAP/EMPB, reference samples).

  • Understanding external standards and preparing internal documents (standards, technical bases, instructions).

  • Maintaining records, conducting analyses, and preparing reports.

  • Ensuring knowledge transfer and maintaining a high level of expertise in analysis and quality control (training, education, and mentoring of colleagues).

Qualifications:

  • Higher education or university degree in a technical field (e.g. chemical, mechanical, textile engineering, etc.).

  • At least three years of work experience in the field of quality (e.g. as a quality engineer/technologist).

  • Good knowledge of requirements and standards in the automotive industry (IATF, VDA) and other tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.).

  • Sharp vision, ability to distinguish colors and textures, and a high level of fine motor skills.

  • Systematic approach, organizational skills, ability to work under time pressure and adapt priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate positively, and build connections.

  • Analytical thinking, precision, and reliability in professional work.

  • Ability to make informed decisions.

  • Advanced knowledge of English – at least level B2; knowledge of another world language is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in office tools and a valid category B driving license.
