Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Nepremičninski posrednik based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Nepremičninski posrednik will be responsible for managing property sales, handling client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sale terms, and closing deals. Additional duties include market research, property listings, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing property sales and client relationships
- Skills in conducting property viewings, negotiating sale terms, and closing deals
- Market research and property listing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
- Knowledge of the Slovenian real estate market
- Proficiency in Slovenian and English languages
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate are a plus
