Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant of Leadership located in Velenje, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant of Leadership will handle day-to-day administrative support, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and organize meetings and events. The role also involves supporting leadership tasks, project management, and acting as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management and coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovene and English
- Experience in correspondence management and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a leadership support role is beneficial
- Familiarity with sustainability and environmental practices is a plus
