Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced and skilled QA/Testing Developer to join our fully remote team at SPACE44. This role focuses on building comprehensive testing processes and QA pipelines from the ground up. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality assurance, has extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, and possesses strong technical skills to establish robust testing frameworks and DevOps integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks

• Build automated testing pipelines and CI/CD integration

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality processes throughout the SDLC

• Define testing standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Implement DevOps practices for testing automation and deployment

• Conduct performance and security testing

• Develop API testing and database testing solutions

• Report on testing metrics and quality improvements

• Stay current with testing tools, frameworks, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

• Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools

• Extensive experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration

• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar

• Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies

• Strong knowledge of API testing and database testing

• Proven experience building testing processes from scratch

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a distributed team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and containerized environments

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar

• Experience with load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner

• Coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

• Certifications in testing (ISTQB) or project management

• German language skills
