Field Sales Representative
to expand its presence in
Gorenjska region
. You will become a trusted partner to local hospitality and retail businesses, bringing products that enrich people's enjoyment and strengthen their loyalty. If you thrive on building relationships, growing results, and being close to the energy of HoReCa, this is a role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connecting daily with bar owners, restaurant managers, and retail partners to make sure their guests and customers can always count on seeing the right products in the right place
  • Acting as the key partner who helps build memorable guest experiences through brand presence and trade promotions
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with local distributors and wholesalers
  • Planning and executing product activations and campaigns that excite consumers
  • Monitoring competitor activity and sharing valuable market insights
  • Owning your territory results and maintaining accurate reports
  • Participating in occasional international trainings and field events to sharpen your skills

Your Profile

  • A passion for the hospitality and retail segment, with an understanding of how partnerships work in these environments
  • Ideally at least one year of experience in field sales, hospitality sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect naturally with people
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Good digital literacy for reporting and analysis
  • A valid B-category driving license to get around your territory
