We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auxiliary Construction Worker to apply for different companies in Slovenia

As an Auxiliary Construction Worker, your role is essential in supporting various construction activities and projects to ensure smooth operations on the construction site

Auxiliary Construction Worker duties and responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with building structures.
  • Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the construction site.
  • Support skilled construction workers and tradespeople in carrying out their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Help with site clean-up and debris removal at the end of each workday to keep the construction site organized and hazard-free.
Auxiliary Construction Worker requirements and qualifications
  • minimum 3 years of experience as a auxiliary construction worker
  • Have experience with sandblasting.
  • It is preferred that the candidate is between 24 and 25 years old.
  • Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive role is preferred but not always required.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating basic construction tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and materials is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed on the construction site.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards hard work and contributing to the team's success.

  • Duration of contract: long term contract - 24 months
  • Salary: competitive salary - 40 hours a week, bonuses for work results after 6 months;
  • Working hours:  cca monthly
  • Over time work:  paid overtime hours as per law
  • Accommodation & meal: Provided accommodation & meal allowance 
  • Working hours: shift - 7 hours/6 days a week
  • Mentoring processes during orientation period
  • Optional - language training, before and during orientation period
