Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Agent to join our team in Ljubljana. The selected candidate will manage travel reservations, assist clients in planning and booking their trips, arrange accommodations and car rentals, and support customer service inquiries. The Travel Agent will also engage in sales activities to promote travel packages and services, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements efficiently
  • Strong Customer Service and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of Car Rental services and coordination
  • Proven Sales abilities in a travel or service-oriented context
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with travel booking tools and platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in Ljubljana and collaborate within a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
