General Qualifications

• Graduating from engineering faculties of universities
• Able to use Ms Office Programs well
• Advanced level of English
• Have knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
• Knowledge of die, press and welding technologies
• Basic knowledge of the working principles of presses and welding machines
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal forming dies
• Knowledge of quality problems and solutions that may occur in sheet metal parts
• Leadership skills and experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• High level of responsibility sense
• Experienced in problem solving techniques
• Analytical thinking, flexible, creative, able to take initiative

Job Description

• Following up the production plan on a daily basis and to develop an alternative plan and to ensure the continuity of production
• To examine the daily shift reports, to ensure that action is taken regarding the problems mentioned in the report.
• To check that the MII and SAP system are working in accordance with the relevant team leader.
• If there are problems, initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Carring out analyzes related to quality problems arising from production processes, together with the team, to initiate corrective and preventive actions, to report and to follow the applications.
• Being a part of preparing for third-party system audits, to follow up on nonconformities after the audit.
• To contribute to taking actions by working in coordination with the Project, Die Maintenance and Quality units to reduce the amount of references to be retouched.
• To confirm the suitability of the equipment to be taken into mass production for use in production lines.
• Following department KPIs.
• Planning of internal trainings with HR required by the production team in accordance with the training procedure, and to provide internal trainings.
• Present weekly data by attending a weekly KPI meeting. To prepare for the topics brought to the meeting, to take actions and make a presentation.
• Preparing the weekly shift list with the group/team leaders and forwarding it to the HR
• Supporting Engineering unit in the projects to be launched.
• To fulfill duties in accordance with the departmental processes in accordance with the management system standards of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 50001 in line with the objectives of the Management Systems
• Complying with the 5S rules
