in naredi projekte zanimive. Če svoje stvari narediš dobro, ti ni treba stalno nadzorovati – zaupamo ti, da boš stvari izvedel.

Kaj boš počel:

  • Razvijal backend z
    Python (FastAPI)
    in skrbel za celoten workflow.
  • Implementiral frontend z
    React/Vue
    po obstoječih UX/UI smernicah.
  • Prevzel celoten projekt
    – FE in BE, sam razbijal kompleksne naloge v izvedljive task-e, določal prioritete in skrbel, da se projekt premika naprej.
  • Delegiral naloge naprej
    interni ekipi ali sodelavcem, da se taski izvedejo učinkovito.
  • Redno se bomo srečevali
    , da prediskutirava nove ideje, izboljšave in načrte za projekte.
  • Dolgoročno boš lahko prevzel še več odgovornosti, a začnemo s polovico tedenskega časa (20–30h).

Kaj pričakujemo:

  • Dobro znanje
    Python (FastAPI)
    in izkušnje z backendom.
  • Izkušnje z
    React ali Vue
    – za implementacijo po UX/UI smernicah.
  • Veselje do
    AI/ML tehnologij
    je plus, glavni fokus pa je FE + BE.
  • Samostojnost, zanesljivost in pripravljenost prevzeti odgovornost za svoje naloge.
  • Poznavanje
    Dockerja
    je prednost, ni pa nujno.
  • Občutek za
    organizacijo nalog, postavljanje prioritet
    in timsko sodelovanje.

Kaj nudimo:


Part-time delo (20–30 ur/tedensko)
s fleksibilnim urnikom, možnost nadgradnje na full-time.


Plačilo:
20–35 €/h (glede na izkušnje) in nagrade za uspesno opravljene projekte.
