Your Responsibilities:

Working with
TikTok Shop

– creating product videos, optimizing performance, understanding best practices, and collaborating with the performance team.

Creating, filming, and editing TikTok videos and developing engaging creative concepts.

Managing and growing TikTok profiles – planning, publishing, scheduling, A/B testing.

Analyzing trends, exploring new formats, and quickly adapting content to algorithm changes.

Crafting strong hooks, storytelling angles, and concepts that drive virality and engagement.

Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, content series, and experiments.

Monitoring results, preparing reports, and proposing ideas for further growth.

What We Expect From You:

A strong understanding of the
TikTok Shop ecosystem

and previous experience with it (big advantage).

Proven experience with TikTok content creation.

Ability to create creative, fast-paced, entertaining, and sales-focused videos.

Basic editing skills.

Understanding of how social algorithms work.

Excellent communication skills; proactive, self-driven, and full of ideas.

Passion for testing, experimenting, and finding winning creatives.

A good sense of aesthetics, strong on-camera energy, and an understanding of audience psychology.
