Job Summary

Are you a highly motivated and technically inclined recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch a career in high-tech sales? We are seeking a
Junior Technical Support Specialist
to join our team, focusing on foundational sales support and technical consulting for our
Power Distribution Systems.

You will work closely with senior specialists to learn the full project lifecycle—from initial design support to proposal preparation—acting as a critical link between our Sales team and customer technical requirements. This role is a prime pathway to becoming a full-fledged Technical Sales Specialist or Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Support:

• Support senior team members in
  identifying and tracking new project opportunities
  with designers, architects, and system integrators.
• Assist in promoting key
  Power Distribution Solutions
  by preparing introductory materials and technical data sheets.
• Learn to prepare and format
  technical-commercial proposals
  and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
• Handle timely follow-up on offers and documentation to ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Learning & Consulting:

• Provide
  foundational technical support and advice
  to customers during project specification stages under the guidance of a senior specialist.
• Assist customers with basic
  solution selection
  and preliminary system design, ensuring adherence to common standards.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support team to organize training materials and document complex customer queries.
• Draw projects / solutions in AutoCAD for project houses, designers and promote Legrand solutions

Project Coordination:

• Act as a
  coordination hub
  , ensuring project documents and communications flow efficiently between the Business Development team and the customer.
• Help monitor project timelines and specifications to ensure accuracy from the design phase to implementation.

Market Insights & Collaboration:

• Participate in joint customer visits and presentations with the Field Sales team.
• Assist in collecting basic
  market inputs
  (competition, technical requirements) and sharing data with the wider sales team.

What We're Looking For:

• A
  Bachelor's degree
  in Engineering (Electrical, or related technical discipline)
• 0-2 years of experience
  in a technical, support, or sales-related environment (internships count).
• A strong
  aptitude for learning
  complex technical products (Power).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• The desire to build a long-term career in
  Technical Sales.
