IT Solution Architect

We are exclusively retained to appoint an accomplished IT Solution Architect to join a global industrial technology group at a pivotal stage in its digital transformation journey. This role sits within the enterprises Digital Customer Experience function, a global center of excellence responsible for designing, building, and scaling digital platforms that redefine how customers engage with the business worldwide.

This position offers the opportunity to architect and scale digital platforms that integrate identity access, and authorization frameworks key enablers of secure and seamless digital engagement. You will translate complex business requirements into clear architectural blueprints, ensuring technology choices align with long-term business strategy, scalability, and security principles.

As part of a distributed global team, you will collaborate with engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to co-create robust, cloud-based solutions that set the foundation for next-generation digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect with Vision: Design and communicate end-to-end solution architectures that balance innovation, scalability, and resilience.
• Translate Strategy into Design: Convert strategic priorities into actionable architectural blueprints that align with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise, security, and integration architects to ensure coherence across digital initiatives.
• Enable Delivery Excellence: Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with design principles and governance frameworks.
• Champion Technical Integrity: Develop and maintain architectural documentation, frameworks, and standards that promote clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Lead Continuous Innovation: Anticipate emerging trends in cloud computing, identity management, and digital infrastructure driving modernization across platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles within complex, enterprise-scale digital environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Microsoft Azure preferred), web architecture, networking, databases, and information security.
• Proven experience designing and implementing identity, access, and authorization systems.
• Strategic Orientation: Demonstrated ability to align architectural design with broader business imperatives and operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and influence.
• Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with a global outlook and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
