Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ljubljana for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing residential and commercial real estate transactions, negotiating between buyers and sellers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role involves providing clients with advice and services, exploring sales opportunities, and showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants. The broker will communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, inspectors, lenders, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
• Proficient in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and transactions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
