About the team & role

The Prime team is building the next generation of financial infrastructure for institutional clients — a foundation that supports new financial primitives and unlocks capital efficiency across digital asset markets.

We're developing cutting-edge products such as on-exchange lending, post-trade settlement, and asset financing tools, all built to serve the needs of the world's leading financial institutions.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in bringing these products to life — not just by building robust backend systems, but also by delivering intuitive, performant frontend experiences. You'll work end-to-end on systems that move real capital in real-time, all while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers.

What you'll do

• Design and build reliable and maintainable backend services using Python and Django.
• Build performant and user-friendly frontends using Vue 3, Nuxt, and Pinia for state management.
• Own full vertical slices of product functionality, from backend logic to frontend presentation.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver polished user experiences tailored to institutional clients.
  Write automated tests using Jest, maintain code quality with ESLint, and style interfaces using PostCSS.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system health in production environments.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack or backend engineer, with solid expertise in Python and Django.
• Proven experience developing modern frontend applications, ideally using Vue 3, Nuxt, and Webpack.
• Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with frontend testing and quality tools — including Jest, ESLint, and PostCSS.
• Comfort navigating complex systems and delivering reliable solutions across both backend and frontend layers.
• Ability to work closely with product, design, and engineering teammates in a collaborative environment.

Nice to haves

• Experience building or integrating with financial products such as lending, settlement, custody, or treasury tools.
• Exposure to regulated environments, institutional clients, or B2B fintech platforms.
• Understanding of transaction flows, accounting systems, or compliance controls in financial applications.
  Crypto-savvy or at least crypto-curious — you follow the space, use the products, or are eager to learn more.
