Strategy Partner, Digital

Shape the future of Denmark's Green and Connected Tomorrow
We are looking for a strategy profile to join as Strategy Partner, Digital & Technology (D&T). This is a high-impact role where you will drive the strategy agenda across our telco and energy platforms – covering areas such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, platforms and digital ways of working.
You will report to the Sr, Director of Strategy and work closely with the Chief Digital Officer, acting as a strategic sparring partner and member of the D&T leadership team.

You will be the anchor of the Digitalization Strategy and help shape the long-term direction of the D&T organisation while also working on near-term priorities to ensure alignment between technology and business strategy for our product and platform teams across Norlys.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy for the Digital & Technology area
• Deliver strategic support to the CDO and D&T leadership team
• Problem-solving on topics such as IT architecture, cloud, data, platforms and security
• Support the ongoing development of operating model and digital capabilities
• Ensure collaboration with stakeholders in product teams, enterprise architecture and IT operations
• Work with business and other strategy partners to align priorities and digital enablers
• Support efficiency initiatives and strategic performance tracking in collaboration with finance and transformation teams
• Track progress on key strategic initiatives and help prepare executive-level materials

What You Bring

• Master's degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience from management consulting or corporate strategy – ideally with a focus on IT, digital transformation or technology strategy
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business impact
• Experience working with or alongside IT organisations, architects or digital delivery teams
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, data governance or agile/DevOps is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus
